How It Works

 

  • After you register you will be contacted by someone from our office to let you know what day we deliver to your area.  Once you are assigned to a route, you will be able to see the day we deliver to your neighborhood.  We deliver to your neighborhood once a week. Please note that we will pick up the empty bottles the next time you receive a delivery. Although we do not charge a bottle deposit upfront, we will if we don't get the bottles back (the farm charges $1.50 per bottle that is not returned to them).

 

  • We have a $15 minimum order per week and a $5 delivery charge per week.  If the minimum amount is not met, we can not make the delivery.

 

  • We prefer that customers set a standard, recurring weekly order so we can be sure we have ample supply.

 

  • You may enter an order online up until your cutoff time.

 

  • Please make sure your house number is visible for our drivers to find you and you leave a cooler, visible from the front of the house, large enough for your order to fit.  If you do not have a cooler you can purchase an insulated milk box.

 

  • Our delivery hours may change seasonally.  For most of the year we deliver sometime between 1AM and 7AM. In the sub freezing temperatures of the winter we will deliver to your house in the afternoon or evening to minimize frozen and broken glass bottles being left out in the cold.
  • While we love dogs, they become protective of their homes and may be aggressive to our drivers.  Once you know our delivery time please try to keep your dogs inside while we deliver.
  • Please let us know if you have a driveway that might be difficult for a large truck to gain access.
  • Please let us know if you have a gate or an access code.
